Our business was started in 2006, a startup with little more than a few guys with 2nd generation autobody know how, a love for beautiful craftsmanship, a few hard earned dollars, and a dream. It has grown into what it is today almost exclusively through word of mouth. That speaks to our philosophy: “Treat our customers like family” That approach to business has attracted thousands of clients who don’t hesitate to recommend us to their friends and family. While you would like to avoid the body shop if humanly possible, still we’ve heard many times how reassuring it has been to have a relationship with a place that can be trusted. That sort of trust is taken seriously here.
Everyone who works here is a motivated, intelligent, valuable member, and is a partner in some capacity. We always treat each other with respect and dignity. And we hold each other to high standards. The highest compliment you can pay us is a referral. We are recommended by various local auto repair shops, car clubs, a few select insurance companies, and thousands of satisfied clients. This complement comes with responsibility.
We do more than fix your vehicle. When necessary, we spend quality time with our customers giving them perspective and sharing our expertise about all aspects of the collision repair situation. We have developed systems that go beyond the level of customer service most collision repair facilities provide with the goal of “turning lemons into lemonade” for our customers.
We’ve paid the price to build our equipment and facility into a well oiled machine. Our equipment is comparable or better than that of our larger competitors, and yet we’ve maintained the strength of personal attention that you get from a smaller facility.
We want our shop to be a force for good in our community. We participate in civic organizations and try to help those most in need. Since we run into many situations in which people are down on their luck, we do our best to work with compassion as well as professionalism.
